Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Grad Spotlight

 How has being a CMP helped you? While it is still early in the accreditation, the immediate benefits I have seen have been the additional networks that having my CMP has afforded me access to! It has also provided me additional perspective when working with our clients on programs at our venues.

What advice do you have for those prepping for their CMP exam? Study. Take your time. Read the question as it was written, and not what you “think” it is asking. Stay out of your head, you know the material, you know how to execute events!

What do you love about being an event professional? Being a part of the team making memorable experiences!
