In this module, you will better understand how to equip yourself with all of the necessary tools to become a better event planner. You will understand why properly preparing for your event is a must! You will gain insights into the future of the sector and how using Allseated will help you demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in the industry.

In this module, you will understand how to navigate Allseated for your event. You will follow along in Allseated and utilize key features that will help you plan for the perfect execution. You will also better understand how Allseated can be used for a variety of different events.

  • Opening up your account and getting set up on Allseated
  • Create a test event in Allseated in a predetermined venue  
  • Floor Plan tools as a planner while also recognizing the integrations as a Venue, Vendor, or Caterer
  • Create multiple floor plans for your test event
  • Understand how to use the objects tab to maneuver seating charts using different table set ups
  • Build the layout and foundation for your test event to better understand all tools for your real time events
In this module, you will continue to build out your event in Allseated. You will further understand the variety of objects that can be used for your events to set up your perfect event floor plan. You will utilize the key features in Allseated to build your layout to include items like; your food and beverage set ups, buffets, room, furniture and linens.

  • Use Allseated to create your event flow and décor
  • Design your room furniture, linen and décor
  • Set your table with your preferred food and beverage style
  • Review 3D viewing for your table set ups
  • Set up buffet for your test event
  • Understand how set up spacing for a variety of sets ups
  • Learn how to implement your measurements and obtain insights into physically distancing your event
In this module you will learn how to manage guest lists for all areas of your events. You will also learn how to prepare your seating charts to ensure all guests and VIPs are placed in the appropriate spots.

  • The multi-level reporting for different elements of your event 
  • Prepare your seating charts
  • Assign meal options and dietary restrictions to your guest seating chart
In this module you will learn how to use the reporting functions in Allseated to ensure no details of your event get overlooked! You will also understand how to share, and collaborate on your event with the appropriate stakeholders.

There is no final exam to complete this certification. In order to receive your certificate you must submit your completed test event.
